Why families choose Eden

Nature and discovery

Garden play, allotment visits and trips help children explore the world around them. Our electric minibus takes learning further afield, including visits to farms, museums and the Bristol Zoo Project.

Food prepared here

Our kitchen team prepares fresh, seasonal plant-based meals on site. Children discover new tastes and begin to connect what they grow with the food on their plates.

More ways to learn

Music and ukulele, dance, yoga and mindfulness, cookery, rugby and art give children opportunities to develop their interests and confidence.

Care that knows your child

Our practitioners take time to understand each child’s interests, routines and personality, working closely with you as they settle and grow.

A day at Eden

Your child’s day brings together play, stories, movement, outdoor time, meals, rest and friendship. Familiar routines provide reassurance, with room for children’s questions and discoveries.

What parents say

  • As a first time mum I was very nervous about leaving my baby… I instantly felt at ease… Since joining, he has absolutely loved it and smiles going in.

  • One of the key reasons for moving our son to this nursery was because of the learning through nature aspect. My son has been on trips to the park, to the library and to the history museum… He has also enjoyed coming home and showing us his yoga moves.

  • Our little girl started half days at 6months and seems to enjoy it there. We love getting regular reports and photos on how her day went, it's reassuring to know she is looked after.

  • The garden is creatively designed for outdoor use in all weather conditions. The children can use the mud kitchens, sand pits, and water play.

  • As someone with a background in education and early years education, I've been incredibly impressed with their approach to creating a nurturing, supportive environment that supports healthy development.

  • I was really worried about my 2.5 year old starting nursery, but they have been amazing… They are great at encouraging potty training. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery and often doesn't want to come back with me after I pick her up

  • It is amazing to have a consistent care team who can build relationships with the children. The food, play and outings are all amazing.

  • it has made returning to work so much easier knowing our son has a happy place to go to where he can thrive and be so well taken care of.

  • My son literally bounds into the nursery each morning and leaves just as happy
