Eden Early Years is a family-run day nursery in Filton, Bristol. We have created a place where your child can feel safe enough to be themselves, confident enough to try new things and supported enough to flourish at their own pace.
Our approach brings together nurturing care, play-based learning and a genuine connection with the world outside the nursery. We believe childhood should be full of discovery, friendship, movement, imagination and joy.
Children are supported by a skilled, caring team who work closely with families. We listen carefully to what matters to you and take pride in creating a welcoming community where every child is seen as an individual.
Learning through play
Our practice is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage. That means we support each child’s development through play, purposeful experiences and warm, responsive interactions - rather than rushing them through a fixed routine.
Practitioners observe what captures a child’s interest, then build on it. A fascination with a bug in the garden, a favourite story or a love of pouring and mixing can become an opportunity for language, confidence, problem-solving and creativity.
A place to grow in confidence
From a baby’s first days away from home to a preschooler preparing for school, our aim is the same: for children to feel secure, capable and excited to learn. We give them time, encouragement and the right level of challenge as they develop independence and strong relationships.
People who know your child
Warm relationships are at the centre of nursery life. Your child has a key person who gets to know them and works with you to support their wellbeing and development. Our team values ongoing learning and the everyday conversations that help children feel understood.
It is amazing to have a consistent care team who can build relationships with the children. The food, play and outings are all amazing.
